Here are several examples with different Hollywood Impulse Responses mixed in - note how the timbre changes and adds incredible fullness and definition as well as reverberation to the overall sound. No EQ was uses on any of the demos in these or any other examples on this web page. Only wet levels were mixed in with the dry signal - that's all !

Here are several examples of a distorted guitar sound when Hollywood Impulse Response is added. Logic's Space Designer was used and the room size was reduced from the original 4 second length to 0.78 seconds for a room sound. Here is the original dry sound GuitarDistortion_Dry.mp3

These audio examples were samples from Garritan Personal Orchestra - permission was obtained from Gary Garritan to use GPO for these demos. The only reverb used in these examples is from Numerical Sound's Hollywood Impulse Responses.
All the demos use the first reverberation from HIR called "Small Sound Stage". Each instrument has 5 demo variations.
